One Heart Justice Workshops
One Heart Justice Workshops provide unique experiences drawn from the content of the book One Heart Justice: Creative Contemplation for Radical Change. Through universal heart meditation, somatic listening and creative arts exploration participants strengthen their individual and collective connection to oneness consciousness and the fundamental aspects of life on Earth to cultivate contributions toward a better world for all. Workshops are designed collaboratively based on your community visions.

One Heart Justice Individual Therapy
One Heart Justice Individual Therapy is focused on using meditation, somatic exploration and creative expression to illuminate your universal self. Together we strengthen your awareness and lived experience of core self or soul interconnecting with universal oneness consciousness. This process supports transformation and growth individually toward balance and expansion of giving and receiving to your full potential with all of life.
$100 per hour for Individual Therapy. Telehealth platform provided.

Expressive Arts Therapist Supervision
LPC and/or Registered Expressive Arts Therapist Supervision toward licensure. I am a Licensed Professional Supervisor with twenty years of experience working in community mental health with a variety of populations. I am honored to support colleagues in their development as therapists.
I am a Registered Expressive Arts Therapist (REAT) through the International Expressive Arts Therapy Association (IEATA.) I am passionate about supporting colleagues through creative supervision toward their own REAT credentials.
$100 per hour for LPC and REAT Supervision. Telehealth Platform Provided.
